Controller identification
The definition and disclosure of the registration and legal information about the data controller will be updated on this page once the corresponding legal structure has been formalized.
Until then, this page presents the role of the controller and the channels available for you to exercise your rights.
Responsibility for processing
Under the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018), the controller is the natural or legal person responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data, for example: what data is processed, for what purposes and for how long.
The controller is responsible for ensuring that processing complies with the principles of the law, such as purpose, necessity, transparency and security, and for handling requests from data subjects. Providers that process data on behalf of the controller act as processors.
The appointment of the data protection officer will be published on this page once the legal structure has been formalized.
Data subject rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of data, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent, where applicable, and you may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
